First, I just wanted to say a big thank you to those of you who voted for me in the Apartment Therapy Room for Colour contest – a big push at the end meant that my bedroom was at the #4 position in the International Division when the competition closed so thanks so much, your votes meant a lot to me!! :)  Fingers crossed for the finals …

Anyway, I just thought I’d let you know that I’m off for a few days to a city I’ve never been to but have always wanted to visit…

I’m going for the Meet The Blogger conference – the 3rd one I’ve been to this year!!  It’s probably obsessive but the first was in Stockholm, which I’d always wanted to go to and the second in London which was too close by to pass up… and now this is the third in Amsterdam.

It’s such a good way to connect with other bloggers, I highly recommend getting in blogger conferences if you are able – hanging out with like-minded folk who carry around cameras with them everywhere and who’s eyes don’t glaze over when you are talking about wallpaper or architecture or tiles.  I’ll also be sharing a hotel room with my bloggy buddy and AO at Home contributor Carole so I’m really looking forward to seeing what mischief we can get up to there!!  Haha!

Anyway, this is just a quick one as my flight leaves in the early afternoon and I still need to finish packing!  See you in a few days!
