I got my Graham & Green catalogue a little while ago but came across it again the other day whilst going through post that seems to collect on our console table in the dining room.
Now if you have been reading my blog for any length of time, you’ll know I have a real thing for Graham and Green and their gorgeous wares.
But it’s when I saw the front cover, I had a little bolt of inspiration. Don’t ya love when that happens?

Pretty, no? So when I looked around, I realised I had lots of empty bottles. And a nip out to the garden meant I had a few pretty blooms to fill them with.
Now I’ve never been particularly good at table scapes – or flower arranging to be fair. But I do like the simple casual elegance of this one.
The deep plumby colours (from the bush that I have no clue what it’s called) with the soft pink peonies and the deep red rose just make me happy.
Any simple inspiring images that you’ve adopted lately?
i adore what you've done, and with the stripes, i'm sorry but it's even better than the catalog cover. there's a playfulness the stripes add so BRAVO.<br /><br />i seem to find at least one inspiring image daily that i just know will change my life dramatically! i'm def a visual person. but when it comes to getting my butt in gear to make it happen, well that can take some
Oh Red, I think we have twin minds! Not only do we have similar (fabulous) styles, we both love the casual glass bottles and flowers thing!
