For years, I dreamed of having my own product line...

I've been obsessed with interiors most of my life (my mum had a Better Homes & Gardens coffee table book that I remember thumbing through until the pages started falling out when I was probably 5) and somehow managed to make my love of interiors a career for more than a decade. And it was during that time that I thought how amazing it would be to design a line of products in my own vision, my own style...

It was only during lockdown #1 that the dream solidified and I decided to take my OTHER love of candles and fragrance and manifest an actual line of products.

Candles, room sprays and now wax melts designed in a way that spoke to my passion for beautiful design are now a reality and one I still have to pinch myself to believe.

We put so many barriers up in our lives that we 'can't' do this, we aren't qualified or we aren't good enough, we're too old, we're too young, we're too scared to take a leap of faith.

So my little business may not yet be on the shelves of Selfridge's (notice I say 'yet' 😂) but if I'd let all those fears hold me back, I never would have realised my dreams. I'm so damn proud of my products, I put my heart and soul into making ensuring excellent quality products that look beautiful too and I see them now and think, 'hey, I did that!'

If you're holding back on going after your dreams, please take this as your permission slip to just try. Take that leap of faith, sign up to that training, practice your craft, make it a priority.

You have more to give than you realise. I promise that it's never too late.

When I launched Swoon Worthy Scents, I wanted to create products that you'll love to leave out on display. 😍

Of course, the products themselves had to perform beautifully but as an interior design obsessive, they had to look fabulous as well. Every label contains the most beautiful botanical patterns with the glint of gold foil, wrapped in lovely eco-friendly packaging that feels luxurious upon opening.

This was just a quick test shot I found on my camera but the bottle is just so pretty on its own so I wanted to share! 😄
