Oh I do love this time of year for a spot of shopping, I have to say. All the shops are clearing out their summer stock (Hello sales! See ya later bank balance!) and bringing in all the gorgeous new wares that will grace our homes in the coming season. Of course, I’ve always been a huge fan of Anthropologie, even before they landed on our shores here in the UK and while their range isn’t quite as large as it is on the US site, there’s still plenty that’s left me reconsidering whether I really fancy eating for the rest of the month or should I just buy another shiny pretty thing…?

So I figured today, I’d share just a few of the items that have caught my eye.

I’ll start with the fact that Liberty has joined forces with Anthropologie to create a whole line. I mean, as IF there was ever a more perfect pairing!! The Velvet Strawberry Thief bedding is just stunning although I’m rather swayed by the styling with that lucite bed and light fixture (neither of which are available in the UK sadly).

I think for my own bedroom, the Oleada duvet cover would be just gorgeous. I’ve always loved white or cream bedding in my black bedroom but the texture of this one is crazy beautiful and I adore the little fringing along the bottom.

Speaking of glorious texture, I think I NEED this Moroccan Wedding Blanket Ottoman at the foot of my bed. I do wonder if I could make my own wedding blanket bench out of the coffee table/cat bed I have in there already? Hmmm…

I also need to find a place for that glorious lucite and brass mirror. It comes in a round shape as well. Actually, I’ll take the sideboard as well. And the gold lamp. Oh hell, just gimme all of it please.

Here are a few more items that caught my eye…

Doris wall sconce and sunburst tassel candles

Left: Doris Sconce / Right: Sunburst Candles

I do love a good tassel and both this dreamy wall light as well as these sweet brass candles are made all the better for them.

Mimira Dinner Set and Agate Stone collection from Anthropologie

Left: Mimira Dinner Collection / Right: Slivered Geode Coaster

So I want both of these on my table. The stunning plates would be a perfect addition to my dinnerwear collection and I don’t think I’ll ever tire of the geode + gold combo.

Wall art and Lucite shelf from Anthropologie

Left: Car Crowd Wall Art / Right: Lucite Arch Shelf

London artist Hermione Carline creates some utterly beautiful pieces and I love the framing they’ve used here. Also, a gorgeous addition to any wall is that staggering lucite and gold wall shelf that would certainly give Jonathan Adler a run for his money. It would make the perfect luxe addition to a bathroom to hold all your prettiest lotions and potions.

Anthropologie mouse pad and yearly planner

Left: Sketched Songbird Mousepad / Right: Modern 2018 Planner

I suppose, like everyone else out there, September to me always signified the start of the school year. Even though I’ve not been in school for a very VERY long time, I still love to stock up on stationery and update my desk accessories at this time of year. I could really use a new mouse pad and I don’t think I’ve seen one quite as pretty as this. The sophisticated blush pink planner is equally as pretty and it comes with a shiny gold pen too.

Gold and mirror console and mirrored shelf

Left: Brass Parabola Console / Right: Bushwick Mirrored Shelf

Now I just blew a lot of cash on a new sideboard but this mirror and brass one made my jaw drop. It’s absolutely beautiful and I love the mirrored doors. If you are looking for a different kind of mirror, then I’m rather charmed by the one on the right. I love the little rail and hooks – it’d be perfect in an entryway, in a kitchen or bathroom to bounce around the light.

gold wire baskets from Anthropologie

Left: Tessa Hanging Basket / Right: Brushed Wire Kitchen Baskets

I do love a good wire basket (I think I have three of them in my home office) but I can’t resist the urge to get a few more. I would love to see these in my kitchen.

lamp shade and white and gold canister from Anthropologie

Left: Tidal Motion Lamp Shade / Right: Hillier Canister

How pretty is that lamp shade?! I love how the gold foil peeks out from the greys and pinks – it’s just a beautiful combination. Speaking of beautiful combinations, I’ve always been enamoured by black white and gold and this stunning canister carries it off beautifully. It would work so nicely on my kitchen shelves.

rug and liberty tea set from Anthropologie

Left: Hand-knotted Fenley Rug / Right: Liberty for Anthropologie Mabelle Floral Collection

And finally, you know how much I love a good pattern. The rug on the left caught my eye simply because of the stunning combination of colours – I’ve got a real thing for peach at the moment if you didn’t know! I’m also loving the Mabelle set – another Liberty collaboration that would make any tea break that much prettier.

So those are my picks from Anthropologie as we transition into the Autumn months. I’d love to know if there’s anything here that’s caught your eye too?
